Effective May 12, 2026. These terms apply to your use of candmcoaching.com and C&M Coaching's services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing candmcoaching.com or using any service provided by C&M Coaching, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

Our Services

C&M Coaching provides phone-training, call-evaluation, and related coaching services to automotive dealerships, finance companies, collections teams, and similar organizations. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are described in the proposal or agreement you sign with us.

SMS Messaging Program

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS-consent box on any of our forms (Contact, Free Mystery Shop / Lead Response Audit, or any future intake form), you are opting in to receive SMS messages from C&M Coaching. Consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase any goods or services. The following terms apply to this program:

  • Program description: Transactional, conversational, and service-related text messages from C&M Coaching — including responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up communications, and occasional updates about our coaching services and offers.
  • Example messages: "Hi [first name], this is Maggie at C&M Coaching following up on the mystery shop you requested. Are you free this Thursday at 10am Central for the debrief?" · "Reminder: your call with C&M Coaching is tomorrow at 2pm CDT. Reply RESCHEDULE if anything's changed."
  • Message frequency: Varies. You may receive a message in direct response to your inquiry plus periodic follow-ups during an active engagement.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. C&M Coaching does not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, then no further messages from C&M Coaching until you opt back in.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@candmcoaching.com or 877-900-9461.
  • Carriers: Supported on T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: Your phone number, opt-in status, and message history are governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, submitting false information through our forms, or using our services to violate any law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including training materials, scripts, recordings, podcast content, copy, and branding — is owned by C&M Coaching or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it without written authorization, except as expressly permitted under a service agreement with us.

Disclaimers

Our services are designed to improve phone-call performance, but specific results vary by team, market, and execution. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C&M Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
